This is my 8-week leg guide. It is a program set up to help you build & sculpt your legs and give you the structure and confidence you need in the gym. It includes 8 full leg workouts (you will be performing 2 workouts a week) with photos included and will also give you access to a private Facebook group where you can interact with myself & others using the guide to share progress, tips, and motivation!
